Sunrise on Hannaford Cove

Sunrise out our back window -- around 6:15ish.
When Vivi often wakes...or Li...or Marky...

My Snow Angel

Vivi is crazy for the snow...though
not into mittens. We went for a walk
on the snowy Kettle Cove today where
she insisted on eating a dessicated
rosehip--though she quickly realized they
are not as tasty in winter as in summer.

abundant snowfall.

From sun to freeze

From 85 degrees in Mexico to near freezing in
Cape Elizabeth a day later. Here Liam surveys
a frozen pond near our house from sliding/skating
potential. A beautiful pastel sunset warmed our
eyes if not our britches.

Team photo Mexico

Here the whole clan poses in front of a crumbly
Mayan ruin in Playa del Carmen. Other than
our family, you see Bob and Marlene Bailey, Bill,
Valeria, Connor and Erika Bailey, and Uncle Stu
and Tia Marcey. We had a great week with the
Bailey clan, swimming, dining, drinking Pina Colodas,
Cuba Libres, smoking cigars, chatting up strangers,
speaking good and bad spanish, visiting ruins and
chasing local animals. Thanks Bob and Marlene!

Connor and Marcus in Mexico

4 year old first cousins Connor
Bailey and Marcus Wagner chillin
like Bobby Dylan poolside in Playa.

Liam and Erika

Here Liam and his first cousin
Erika pose in their bathing suits
after swimming in the pool at our
Playa hotel. Rum 'n Coke please!
